This guided meditation journey was recreated after a recent healing ceremony that involved a similar version of this meditation followed by a channeling of the sentient consciousness Michael from the Galactic Federation through the human conduit Mary.

What we learned through Michael regarding our participation in this Inner Child healing, was so profound and impactful that it inspired and motivated me to recreate that healing meditation to be made more available to everyone who was ready to embark on this journey for themselves.

Michael told us, (which brought tears to most of our eyes in realizing the impact this made) that by us showing up and participating in stepping into our own "Inner Warrior " to be willing to have the courage to face our Shadows and rescue our own little INNER CHILD, that by doing so, we actually helped #SaveOurChildren in real time. He said, because of what we were willing to do to save our own inner children, that it actually contributed to many children being saved that night from human trafficking rings everywhere. He said so many children were rescued from cages and underground tunnels and from houses that night, in real time as we stepped into our own warrior as light beings to rescue the child within. We were willing to go into our own inner darkness within the shadows to set our little self free... and so it affected the collective of rescuing so many children that night!!
He said that was more powerful in doing so, then merely using our voices to protest. He said don't underestimate ourselves... that this work is so powerful beyond our realization in impacting not only your own healing, but that of humanity collectively.
